Gratitude Challenge Day 4 of 7 (3.20.19):

Gratitude

— My little sister kicks off today’s Gratitude, she delivered a healthy baby boy last night! I’m a five time Uncle now😁! I really should… Nevermind, that thought interferes with today’s Attitude. I’m sincerely grateful for the announcements of new MS medications. Nope, I can’t afford em but it’s great news for when I can. Yesterday, I needed a slow go day. Fatigue is burning me. MS catching up. I took my day and didn’t feel bad, gratitude. Shout out to my Mom for extending a business opportunity. I’m grateful that my cousin was released this week too. Buses ran on time, found an awesome new comedy show and I have enough gas to get myself to tutoring.

Attitude

*Be so busy improving yourself, that you don’t have time to criticize others.*

(Author Unknown)

— Simple, plain, effective and efficient. Today, I’m not quite right. It’s the kinda pain and discomfort that prevents good sleep, keeps you on edge and impedes progress. I have a tendency on these days to lash out. To combat this mood, I’m gonna focus on writing. Writing keeps me busy, incinerates time and maybe MOST important, calming effect.

Passion

— Tutoring today so that gives me an extra cheat code for the challenge 😉. I’m writing with the goal of 2 chapters. Between writing and tutoring, I have real estate clients to prep. I’m definitely helping others.
