FIRST Gratitude Journal!

This is my Gratitude Journal entry for 9/30/20.

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards in a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS meme to pop off the day…

What can I say? Yes, I am a bonafide Scorpio of the highest degree. I accept my powers, gift and the strong attitude that comes with it. When I found this mug on Pinterest, it was ON. Now, I DID research Jeannette Rankin because I don’t wanna pump anybody UNworthy. Ms. Rankin was cool as heck and absolutely an outstanding read. She was DA BID-NESS with women’s suffrage (voting rights) and pacifism (avoiding war), first woman elected to Congress and much more. The lady was literally a foundation of women’s rights in this country. I highly doubt her quote had freaky, Scorpio perspectives but *shrugs* I bet she would support it and me! *thumps chest*

LMAO!! DAWG, this lady did her THANG THANG on the 1s and 2s. She was all about women’s rights and pacifism but that quote is my type of thought process. If I knew back THEN, I had MS, losing my damn independence, the constant pain, sleepless nights, mindset it takes… I’d be one naaaasty Scorpio. I mean, a COMPLETE freak. 藍藍藍藍

3.) The Wi-Fi is BACK! Boiiiii, 6hours? No heads up? Remote school with these three kids. Work-from-home training and it’s only week 2. Okay, the work-from-training wasn’t THAT bad but I’m SHO grateful it returned for the Finals! BTW: Go Lakers because I’m a THIRD generation Lakers fan. Yes, my GRANDmomma had Jerry West stuff. My MOMMA had Magic. I had Kobe. I was worried about missing the game or something but it popped back an hour before tip-off. Maaaaaaaan, I was grateful than a mug to see the pre-game show! 

2.) Grateful that I’m FINALLY testing a new blog series, Gratitude Journal. Let’s see if that brings in subscribers. I have people in my ear, in my inbox, DM that tell me how good reading my Gratitudes is. This is the 2nd entry and I can’t lie, it helps me in another way. By posting my Gratitudes, now creating an online journal, all that energy towards Gratitude just amplifies my inner G. (Ooooo! Tell me THAT ain’t fly! energy & inner G!) 

1.) Alkaline water is WORKING! YAAAAAAAAS!!! My doggone plumbing is cranking up. My wife surprised me with 2 gallons of alkaline water and I’m finishing jug #1 on day 2. Yup, going to the RR, cramping and general body noises associated with an incoming bowel movement. Hey, I can chop with y’all because we speak the same language right? I’ve written about the benefits of alkaline water before and now, having it means I gotta follow through. No way, I complain about a symptom, KNOW a solution and just chill with feeling bad. That means, drinking water all day, every time I think about, whether I want to or not, drink it. I’ve struggled with BMs and #1s the last few weeks. I definitely could do better with drinking water on a regular basis but this alkaline water is like my SUPER water or something. Room temp or cold AF, I will drink it like I am supposed to. 論
