Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards in a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Gratitude Journal Day 12!
I’ve ALWAYS been a liiiiiiil bit different. Even before the Multiple Sclerosis, disabilities, failures and bouncebacks, my nickname was Strange. *takes off glasses* These GRATITUDES make every day feel different.
3.) Saw my potna POTNAS and straight kicked it ALL NIGHT LONG. Dawg, people even sent the “made-it-home-safe” texts on time! I LOVE my potnas but you knew that. I sent a 9-1-1 text that I found a way to improve our Madden skills. They were at my door within HOURS. 🤣🤣🤣 We spent the night video gaming and discussing how to beat OTHER users. We chopped on offensive playbooks, defensive schemes, developing playmakers, WINNING some doggone games. My wife and the girls arrived home, late, and the shenanigans were afoot. #GreatTimes I saw my play-Sister for the first time since February. Vodka, tequila, BL Platinum were cold and cups never empty. We clowned till 6am and I LOVED it.
2.) S/O to my eldest for waking early than a mug to bake us cookies! She has an entrepreneurial spirit and I daaaaang sho support her. One of her businesses will be cookies, cakes and stuff like. (Her pickles fried in hot Cheetos dust are the BOMB too!) Saturday, she left us a a whole plate of chocolate chip cookies! *rubs belly*I was grubbing all day.
1.) Toenail clippers. Heck yeah, I’m taking it there. Why, yes. Yes, I have “uglied” my big toes. Yup, it hurt too. Why didn’t I use toenail clippers? *shakes head in shame* Because I act like a grown MAN don’t need toenail clippers. 路♂️臘♂️ And that’s how I jacked UP my big toe. Well, ONE of em. I think it started with ingrown toenails but using my fingers to pry, pull, tear was a bad idea. On toe #2, I broke down and found a pair. Nobody enjoys digging under the bathroom for that stuff but that’s what I did. Bet I find dem mugs errrrrytime from now on!
