Gratitude Journal Day 20: Monday, 10/19/2020

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)

I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…

Not just you Queen. This goes for Kings, brothers, sisters and our young un’s. We are grown enough to connect perspective, gratitude and happiness. Now, let’s actively PUSH that mug. Y’all KNOW that’s why I share these Gratitudes in the first place. I’m giving the world a glance at how I, me, with all these disabilities & handicaps (JESUS. πŸ€¦πŸΎβ€β™‚οΈIt’s a LOT of em too.) see this life, flex this gift, dance this grind and sprinkle TF out this ma’jiik (kinda like magic but better πŸ‘‘).

3.) I get to leave the house! πŸ˜‰ It is an UGLY day for traveling with rain & traffic but I’m OUT. I’m all kinds of grateful to see the sun from different angles, sit in the car, wave and smile at strangers, strike up conversations and MAYBE take my Queen for a quick brunch date. I got dressed up, wore some jewelry, ironed my shirt with Sta-flo, sprayed a lil cologne AND lotioned my legs. #Cute Rocking my MS Outlaw T-shirt and the lady at a business didn’t even charge me. Her brother has MS and she chopped with me the whole time about how BAD her brother is doing and she was proud of me. πŸ˜—πŸ˜™

2.) Technology. πŸ“±πŸ“±Maaaaaaan, I can follow my gig while being OUT. Thanks bc I can get paid! Yup, still training so I’m terrified of missing days and losing THIS gig. I like it because I can do it. I can do it because I love the opportunities it offers and it is work-from-home. Whether in line, in the car or waiting for food, I’m logged in and learning. I can’t do EVERYTHING on the go but I’m SHO grateful for being on da clock with WHATEVER I’m doing. πŸ’°

1.) Awesome ass wife πŸ‘ΈπŸΎπŸ‘«πŸΎβ™Ώ Somebody gotta spend their day getting me around in this nasty weather. I love this woman.
