Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Y’all get it right? Keeping a Gratitude Journal allows my ignant ass to AVOID bullshit. It’s hard to have a BAD, terrible, everything went wrong, nothing worked, everywhere hurt kind of day when you’re writing, posting, noting, expressing Gratitudes everyday. 😉😋
5.) Apple fritters 🍎Homemade and worth FULL price! PLUS, I got an official cheese, mushrooms, spinach omelette. #KingShit Where did I find energy to cook breakfast? 🤣🤣🤣 Good one bruh. I don’t. I didn’t. The Queen delivered breakfast to make working 40hrs while disabled as efficient as possible. I DANG sho appreciate because I admit to skipping meals waaaaaay too much. Skipping meals wrecks my wellness, which knocks my patience, which stomps my attitude, which kidnaps my perspective. A thousand thank you’s ma’am!
4.) Aromatherapy 💨💨 sure eased my mind all day. Smells kept my imagination away from negativity and the scene transformed my office into a SUITE. I was relaxed. The machine smoker thing set in front of window as sunlight poured into the room. Bed was made up all pretty. I was rocking on the clock!
3.) Cloth glass wipes 🤓🤓🤓 because cleaning your spectacles with the bottom of your shirt ALWAYS leaves smudges & smears. Nothing like staring at a computer screen to highlight how filthy YOUR glasses are. Shirt bottom, sleeve, napkin, tissue and anything else are inadequate alternatives. I found my cloth wipe exactly where I left it and it felt GREAT to see again. Well, I wasn’t blind but suddenly I could things clearer. 🤣🤣🤣
2.) Pain Relief Rub 😭😭♿⚠️doubled up with the heated foot massager to alleviate some neurosis. Neurosis was on my ASS today. The massager wasn’t enough. Canni-bicating wasn’t enough. Pain Relief Rub to the rescue! YES. It helped more than usual and I attribute THAT nugget to meditation earlier. I’m trying to give myself a few, 5-10min, of focused self-healing on specific ailments. When I broke down and used the rub, I didn’t anticipate MUCH but it sure produced this time. #ThankYouUniverse
1.) I dropped a blog BEFORE 7am! 🤜🏾🤛🏾💪🏾💪🏾👏🏾It ain’t the first. It won’t be the last but it’s the first since getting a 9-5 gig. Y’all KNOW that means I’m improving, getting BETTER. I can work, blog and tutor on the SAME day. I’m still gonna stunt and leave another Gratitude Journal Day blog post. *pops collar* I’m going for MY dream homie. #EffMS and the symptoms it rode in on!
