Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day
My son had the bright idea to do their Gratitude Journals in this fashion. Everyday, they write 5 Gratitudes but ONE has to be a whole paragraph. They sometimes share with each other but not really. I read the entries that they offer when I ask. (I’m trying to treat it kinda secret so they feel it’s important to THEM.) Now, since the entries are part of their allowances, Journals do get “skimmed” buuuut… #YouGetIt
Well, I decided to remix the activity. I miss working with them on stuff because during the first pandemic-related shut down, I was the remote school teacher. Today, they write one reason that they’re grateful for each family member but ONE has to be the full paragraph. Nope, I’m not gonna count sentences or anything but I will be “skimming” to ensure it was taken seriously. *makes money sign with fingers*

Kid #2 for improved body language and effort on Wednesday with Respect & Accountability. I actually felt like he LISTENED to our talk, didn’t take things personally and made sincere effort. 🙌🏾

1st Young Adult has gotten AWESOME at baking cookies, sweets, cupcakes, rolls AND hot cheeto fried pickles. 🥒

The Queen for her consistent efforts to flirt with ME! I STAY with a FULL heart around this mug. 👸🏽

Kid #3 has shown AMAZING concentration with her Vlog. She is determined to create an entry for every day of December and she’s been staying up late, riding early and sincerely busting her hump to make it happen. Her vlog has pieces that illuminate HOME-schooling, pieces that exemplify riding with BIG sister, drama with siblings and GATITUDE! HECK YEAH! Gon follow so YOUR child can watch SOME-thing on YouTube with authenticity and relevancy. 😋

Kid #4 did a really good with the X-mas movies last night. She ended up playing several SHORT films instead of a movie but *snap* She was on IT so there wasn’t much downtime between shows. 📺
