Why I chose THIS to start my day…
This is why I smile. I’m grinning all the damn time because I see possibilities and opportunities everywhere. Multiple Sclerosis has taken plenty from me but I’m focused like a MUTHAFUGGA on what’s left. I got options and other stuff growing in the backyard. I know my purpose is helping others. I know my passion is storytelling. I’m in love with how the Queen treats me. My family is learning, schooling, working and planning from the same headquarters. I feel BETTER than ever PERIOD so I SMILE more I have.
3.) Fantastic weekend alone! πΈπ½ It was just she and I, no homies, no besties, no groups, nothing. Nobody to split costs of anything. Nobody to check with BEFORE ordering. We hadn’t done solo since my diagnosis in 2016. I’VE been worried about OVERloading Mrs. Avant with too much responsibility (She does so much already. π In the end, a handicapped room pretty much solved EVERYTHING I was tripping over. The foods were GREAT. The liquor was SMOOTH. WE moved with masks and safety π€
2.) Kids REALLY do miss us. (Awww) π€πΎπ€πΎ “Absence makes the heart grow fonder”. The kids called us, messaged us and did the Google voice duo. Every few hours. π
1.) Martin was THE show in the 90s. This weekend, it was OUR show. Hotel didn’t have Netflix or the ability to connect our Chromecast. No matter, Martin had us ROLLING! ππ€£π€£π€£
