Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…

Why I chose THIS to start my day…
*takes off glasses* Look people, me, you, us, have got to realize and be purposeful in our actions, movement, motions, schedules, wellness. It is that important. You gotta be more purposeful, more present, more accountable, more responsible for YOUR happiness and outlook on life. None of this stuff comes naturally to me. I hope it POPS for you on the first try but all of this is a process. Since it is a process, YOU, (Yes, YOUR #sickAF ass too!) can get better with it, with wellness, with understanding the subtle differences and decisions between how you feel now and how you felt THEN. That’s when all this begins to shape itself in your imagination, your mind. You may not think X is as important as I do because through working your #Gratitude Journal, you notice Z is much for you. #Boom. That is awesome sauce and a bag of cool beans. We didn’t start the journey from the same place so quit comparing your shit to mine. Instead, focus on YOUR improvement and allow the energy to make you smile at YOUR hard work.
3.) PLAYOFFS start this weekend in my Madden 21 Gorilla Daddy League. I’m sitting with the NFL’s best record, 14-0. My offense is top 5. My defense is top 5. I lead the league in sacks. Kyler Murray, my sophomore QB, is leading the race for NFL’s MVP. Everything is primed for me to earn my first Superbowl on Madden ever. *deep breathe* I’m so nervous and I haven’t even actually started the playoffs or finished the season.
2.) Gaining energy already Yooo. I completed day 1 of no sugar, no gluten, no liquor. Grateful for the increased energy or maybe it is I’m delirious heading into a sober lifestyle *shrugs* Either way, I appreciate the enery. Last night, I was up past midnight after waking at 4am and today, I’m going again by 5am. Nope, no yawning, no looseness, just crunk off early morning yoga and living right.
1.) Desk lamp! YEAAAA BOY! I added a desktop lamp to my office set up and the efficiency has increased already! I can work the blog during late hours, early hours and weird hours AT my desk. *clapping* I’ve been using my phone but with the recent additions and updates, everything looks better from the computer. With a lamp, I can work from the computer without waking the Queen before her HOME-schooling gig begins.
