Why I chose THIS to start my day
3.) Got going by myself this AM! Yoo. I won today. I beat the freaking alarm clock by a loooong time too. Not only did I gon get up like I should, ya boi got some SLEEP last night! 🤜🏾🤛🏾 A good, honest 3 hours of zzzz’s. Ohhhh LAWD, I need some sleep. The spasms, cramps and general foot neurosis have NOT improved since that last episode, 1-mo of dranking & stanking. I’m only 21 days into the #nosugar, #nogluten, #noalcohol lifestyle (I did have ONE strong vodka and 2 beers on the Queen’s Born Day. 😎) so I don’t expect immediate results. All I know is I’m grateful for that 💤 propelling me into action today.
2.) Ivanna Reyes created the BEST picture yet! Maaaaaaaaaan…. I’ll just share with the people that read this journal entry. It’s not even scanned and “digitized” yet but…

1.) I’m managing TF out of my bladder and stomach issues 🤜🏾🤛🏾😉 – Yes, there will be a full post dedicated to my monster routine but I didn’t even realize I was doing so well until another MS’er asked what the heck I was doing. “Dude. What exactly do you do?” That’s when it hit me, I’ve been so focused on what is NOT right with my plumbing, I’m missing out on how well it IS going. I have a BM almost everyday. My trips for #1 usually work and I don’t have a headache from pushing so hard. Yup, I know. I gotta pull this recipe and share with y’all too. 😉 Today is the goal.

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…
