Why I chose THIS to start my day…
3.) Bathing with scented soap – Made it to my official 2-week end period for tattoos. *mean mug* Yup, ya boi is one tatted up, wheelchair bound, shit-talking MS’er but the gratitude is because I can wash up with MY manly soaps. Tats can’t touch scented bodywashes or you risk fading the artwork. I just don’t feel clean bathing with ol’ regular, smegular soaps. This morning, I smell like a Gangsta from the disabled hallways of a chronically ill life. ♿
2.) I won the FIRST game of Monopoly – Waiting since CHRISTMAS to play everybody in Monopoly. Yes, it was a long game. Yup, a few hours. All on the old school, board set up. How did I do it? Well, it started with that inexpensive Baltic & Mediterranean. I was first to build houses & hotels, got my bread up, added the yellow properties, upgrades, then green, upgrades and that’s it. I broke errrrrrybody, kept a good attitude and prayed I’d MISS that Park Place, Boardwalk landmine of kid #3. I suuuuuure hope THEY had fun and wanna try again SOONER than Valentines. 😉
1.) Found a new show to pass time – High Maintenance. GURL! Only 30min episodes. ✅ Comedy? ✅ Episodes totally UNrelated so no need to “keep up”. ✅ It’s about people’s interactions with the local weed man. I’m digging it because it doesn’t focus on the weed man, legal questions, police, no violence, just stories of normal ass people getting weed and THEIR need for it. #Message!

Why keep a Gratitude Journal at all? (This is the saaaaaame intro for every Gratitude Journal entry. It’s here for the newbies to the journey.)
I try to start everyday with a Grateful heart. *duck face* Potna, I ain’t lying. You can check my IG accounts Queen/King. I get a lil raunchy on the Multiple_Sclerosis_Outlaw but I’m calmer, gentle with allthingsonelove. On both, I start my day sharing Gratitudes, stories of Gratitude and anything related to being Grateful. I’m dead ass serious about my Gratitudes because it keeps me present and accountable for my own energy. I recognize and appreciate the actions, words and energy of others intending me good. By starting my day with Gratitude, I have less MS pain, MS symptoms and MS depression because I’m actively pushing my thoughts towards a positive direction of Gratitude. My relationships with others are stronger because my Grateful ass notices what others do for me, to me, WITH me. *bows* I could go on and on and on and on about the benefits of being purposefully grateful buuuuuut… *whispers* Pssst, you know I wrote about it…
