3.) Heard from lawyer (AGAIN) – This is a whole firm or team so I’m hoping for good stuff. That work-from-home gig is holding my last check even though I haven’t quit or been terminated. 👎🏾 That work-from-home gig will not release my short term disability award. 👎🏾 That work-from-home gig took almost 20hrs from my final check! 👎🏾 That’s THREE payment issues alone. Managers and supervisors routinely ridiculed my illness and disabilities. I HATE that place and it started so well. 🤬 This lawyer squad communicates much better. Do I have a case? I hope so because the treatment was borderline criminal in my eyes and STILL going. I’m grateful this firm is reviewing everything BEFORE making empty promises because I NEED to be cool, calm, collected. I NEED to be educated on the entire process so my case is stronger and they teach you as it moves along. 👏🏾
2.) VPN trick – VPNs are basically a security feature for online users. In Ecuador 🇪🇨, we couldn’t watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. because the hotel had some mess set up to force users into paying for it. 🙄 S/O to free VPNs because we’re watching OUR stuff now. Look, I’m enjoying myself but when streaming, I want my native language so I OVER-stand things.
1.) My little brother – Things have been a little arduous here. (Arduous means difficult! 😉). Those work issues are a true problem even now. My Mom sent money to help us out. Theeeeen, cards were turned off because of suspicious activity. (Damn right I called ahead but we still were turned off. Bank says its a 5 day wait to clear all that!) The airport lost my wheelchair. We’ve been surviving with our emergency cash and need the emergency cash for basic necessities as well. My little brother sent some money immediately to get us to Monday when my cards are back activated. 🤞🏾🤞🏾🤞🏾 because we’re supposed to be leaving for our NEXT destination in 4 hours! 🚙
