3.) Tariq and Trae – These Kings were former students of mine that stopped by last night. First time visiting me, first time since middle school. It was Trae 21st Born Day and he chose to hang with ME. *proud* I’m touched, moved, got that warm feeling in my chest. We chopped on middle school, dominoes, raising kids, talking to the mother of your kids, Multiple Sclerosis, Dr. Sebi, you name it. I LOVED it! It was the first NATURAL high since our return to the States. The high that excites me and gets me over neurosis, neuritis, convulsions, etc. As long as they were here, I didn’t feel pain and sat comfortably. What. A. VISIT! 🤜🏾🤛🏾🖤
2.) Groceries – Day 3 of getting back to it, we are stocked on groceries. That’s always an easy Gratitude because of the need to eat, drink, heal, energy, power up, all that. I am accepting the “easy Gratitude today.” 😉
1.) Found his phone – Big homie found his phone at Kroger’s. *taps chest* I am grateful because him finding his phone eliminates some pressure from his life. 🤏🏾🤴🏾 Pressure off HIS life allows HIM to relax and enjoy HIS time with me. We’re able to talk about Ecuador 🇪🇨, my healing, findings, plans, pictures, videos. HIM being relaxed gives me chances to float HIM visiting Ecuador 🇪🇨 with us next time with HIS Queen. I enjoyed myself too! Plus, he brought Modelo AND the ingredients for Sanaa to make cookies!
