3.) Passed my final – BIG love to the homie for reminding me about that CTRL + F shortcut. A colleague hooked up the notes, questions, answers and *whew* 🤜🏾🤛🏾🖤 ANOTHER colleague gave the shortcut on the keyboard because the test is timed. BOI! *heart racing* I needed BOTH. 🙏🏾
2.) Dr. Mary Lee LIVE – It was UGLY at the beginning at the good doctor figured it out. #BOOM. I had given up in frustration. The only way to join was if I paid a per/minute charge and I wasn’t doing that. Nor was I cool beans with reimbursement. In the end, nobody paid and the problem was solved. I gained some valuable experience with speaking LIVE, pausing to catch my breath, cognizant of my breathing, slowing DOWN and pronouncing words, using business and common terminology over slang, everything. I was the only NON-Dr. on stage yet folks had genuine questions, comments and feedback for little, ol’ me. 😎 Ohhh I’m happy Dr. Lee kept reaching out, searching to find a way to get me on. Shhhhid, I’m hoping people heard my message, OVER-stood what I was yammering about about. I’m telling y’all, that felt GOOD. That’s the kind of career I envision, talking, pumping, teaching, exemplifying Gratitude changing perspective and improving life.
1.) Made it ON TIME – All week, I’ve been within 5min of my 7am start goal. I’ve been there but last 2 days, I’ve been 7am and ready. Like ready, READY. This has me eating and watering instead of yoga and meditation first. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾 The effect on my day is that first WIN of the day. That trickles into harder yoga, longer meditation and deeper sleep. 🤴🏾
