I’m helping others to BE better by improving the thought process through a concentration of Gratitude. There IS a definitive line between being grateful and the honor of Gratitude. Being grateful is the recognition of things, people, events, etc. that enhance life. Being grateful is the what.
The honor of Gratitude is the WHY. The intention and proper attention to record the what and include a story that details WHY your life was benefited. The honor of Gratitude is the story behind what you’re grateful about.
The power of Gratitude is that it causes your mind to think, consider life from a positive perspective. That energy, that action of writing or recording your WHY replaces negative thoughts, therefore, improving the mindset and building resiliency!
