3.) Computer here – Got it. +serious face* Time to show what I can do and practice what I can be. 🤜🏽🤛🏽

2.) Something for the night spasticity – Alrighty then. Gather round Tribespeople. This is what I’m doing. First, I get out the bed. Second, 5min meditation. Third, did my thighs, abductors type poses, 30 seconds each. Fourth, indica. I didn’t go RIGHT to sleep but the spasticity calmed enough for me to watch tv until I fell asleep.

1.) New chip clip! – Oooooooo! This mug so tight it will chips extra fresh. Nope, I’m NOT a big chip eater but when I do, I want fresh chips.
