Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.
3.) Weird Dinner – Baked sweet potato with New Zealand honey. Carrots with hummus. Chocolate cake. WEIRD but I got full and isn’t that what matters?
2.) Velma – This will probably end up on King’s News because I sure put my phone down. First, Velma is of Indian descent. Second, Shaggy is black and different name. Third, this is an adult-only animation. It kept me in the bed so I appreciate it.
1.) Found a comb – My hair is about to naturally lock up. Nope, I don’t want it to. Finding a comb helps by picking it out. It also helps keep me awake because it hurts so much! Yikes!
