Gratitude stories!
Remember, the difference between being grateful and showing gratitude is the WHY story. As long as you are writing your story of why you’re grateful, you can’t overthink past decisions, wish for the “good, ol’ days”, wonder how much worse your health will or question if anyone else will leave.

3.) Chipotle surprise – Nope, I didn’t eat for lunch. That’s a gratitude by itself because I didn’t get sleepy. Of course, I’m grateful I was gifted Chipotle too. I didn’t ask for it but I’ve been on the verge of buying it for days. #manifestation

2.) Groceries! – I was even MORE excited for the groceries. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾. Now, I can make those super salads and stock up on my snacks. It’s been rough with these weird dinners and stretching out candies for lunches. I enjoyed alcohol for meals but come on, that shit ain’t sustainable.

1.) Double dose didn’t JACK me up after all – Talking about the stuff that is supposed to make you boo boo. I took a double dose and NOTHING happened. Not a fart, poor, burp, gas, nothing. The good news is that’s what feared. The bad news is obviously I took a double dose because something is wrong and still is. Should I try a double again? I NEED relief!
