Gratitude Journal Day #185: Tuesday, 4/6/21

Tuesday. *hands up* I don't want NO problems. I'm here to do my life, rock a little research and I'm out. *crosses heart*

You know what’s up. 3 Gratitudes. 🤜🏾🤛🏾🖤

4.) Woke up w/out Wi-Fi but I’m STILL blogging BABY! 🤜🏾🤛🏾🤣🤣🤣 I want Wi-Fi because it makes everything sooo much easier, TV, news, using the computer. It also means, working the 9-5. I’m sure it’ll magically work right before my shift is scheduled to begin so I’m not tripping. Good, ol’ T-mobile is straight with the cell service so I’m able to use the internet, contact the outside world, BLOG and build. Grateful for that because if I can’t blog or at least scour the MS-social-media hotspots and my personal Vision Board, aka IG, I go into dark thoughts and negative conclusions. S/O to T-mobile and Samsung. 👏🏾

3.) I didn’t mess myself up too bad – I am nobody’s version of a doctor or shaman. I have no previous notes or videos to refer or quote. All I got is my own research and from THAT, I think I’m good. Not as bad or low as I was but pretty close. My little, fairy tale skip through the magical woods of vices and sugar led me to some hard truths. #1, alcohol and sugar immediately affect my energy levels in a negative fashion. #2, alcohol, sugar, gluten are indirectly related to my shaking and rocking. #3, same goes for my pain and neurosis; they increase the more I consume candida fungus. 👀🤔 My stomach and plumbing were not affected but I didn’t stop my vitamins and supplements either. A few of those are specific to normalizing my RR trips and production. I’m returning to the Candida-free Lifestyle (no sugar, no gluten, no alcohol) with a renewed effort to BETTER my habits. 2.) Favorite PJs – *duck face* I try to save my Oregon Ducks Pajamas for the weekend. They’re so comfortable and stylish that wearing them affects my mood. Tuesdays are my longest days of the week plus I’m bouncing around a full 2 hours earlier than “normal”. I need extra firepower to help the vitamins push me through and the PJs are up first. Here. I. Go.

1.) My Queen wasn’t wrecked by the COVID-19 vaccination – Yoo. It’s possible she is downplaying her side effects but I don’t think so. I’ve checked on her several times and she admits to strong, flu-like exhaustion. (I KNOW that feeling. 🥺) My brother was absolutely traumatized by the vaccination. Got a homegurl, vaccination snatched a few days from her. My Mother admitted it beat her up. We know people who weren’t fazed by either shot as well. I get #2 NEXT week but I’m not worried or tripping because it can’t be worse than Multiple Sclerosis, Ulcerative Colitis or Spondylosis. I hope she feels better today and I’m grateful it’s done. 🙏🏾
